SEO-Friendly Website Design and Development
Ask most business owners what their website did last month and you'll get a shrug. It looks fine.
People say nice things about it. Nobody can say how many customers it brought in.

Three things go wrong far more often than the design itself.

The site is slow on a phone.
Most visitors arrive on mobile, and a hero image that takes several seconds to appear loses a share of them before they read a word.
We learned this on our own site: one image was waiting more than two seconds to start loading on phones, and fixing it took a couple of lines of code.
The enquiry goes nowhere useful.
A contact form that emails a shared inbox is where leads go to be forgotten. If it doesn't create a record that somebody owns and has to follow up, plenty of them never get a reply.
And nobody can see what's working.
Without tracking from page to enquiry to sale, every redesign is a guess. You end up changing colours when the real problem was a pricing page that never answered the question people came with.
Most web designers build the site and leave SEO for later. We do it the other way round. The search plan comes first, and the design is built around it, because moving pages, headings and URLs after launch is slow, expensive and costs you rankings you've already earned.
Built to Google's own guidelines

Pages written for people first.
Google rewards content that answers real questions with real experience. Each page is planned around what your customers actually search for and what they need to know before they buy.
Fast on a phone.
Google ranks the mobile version of your site, so we test speed and stability on real phone data and fix what slows the first screen down.
Easy to crawl.
Clean URLs, one H1 per page, logical headings, internal links between related pages, an XML sitemap and correct redirects from any old site.
Structured data.
Schema that tells search engines who you are, where you are, what you offer and how to contact you.
Trust you can see.
Real names, real addresses, real client work and clear contact details, which Google looks for when judging whether a business is trustworthy.
Images done properly.
Compressed, sized for phones, and described with alt text.
Ready for Al search (GEO and AEO)
More buyers now ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Google's Al Overviews before they ever click a link. Those tools draw on pages they can find and trust, so we build for them too:

Answer-first sections.
Key questions answered clearly near the top of the relevant page, in your own words and with your own detail, which Al tools are far more likely to quote than generic copy.
Visible to Al crawlers.
Your site is indexed in Google and Bing, and the main Al crawlers are allowed in, unless you choose otherwise.
One consistent identity.
The same business name, description, address and facts on your website, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn and directories, so Al tools don't mix you up with someone else.
No gimmicks.
We don't sell secret prompts or special Al files. The evidence says what works is clear, specific content and being mentioned on other trusted sites, so that's what we build towards.
A website that ranks still has to be safe to use and easy for everyone to use. Before launch, every site goes through the same checks:
Security:
SSL on every page, spam protection on forms, regular backups, and admin access limited to the people who need it.
Privacy:
cookie consent and a privacy policy that fit where your visitors are, whether that's GDPR in Europe, the UAE's data protection law or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

Accessibility:
readable text, enough colour contrast, alt text on images and forms that work with a keyboard, following the WCAG guidelines that also help search engines read your pages.
Testing:
every page checked on phones, tablets and desktops, in the main browsers, with real test enquiries sent through each form.
Your review: you see the site on a private preview link throughout the build, so nothing goes live that you haven't approved.

Company websites.
The main site for a services or B2B business: what you do, who it's for, proof that it works, and a clear next step on every page.
Landing pages for campaigns.
One page, one offer, built for a Google Ads or Linkedin campaign, with the enquiry and its campaign source recorded in your CRM.
English and Arabic sites.
Both languages built properly, with right-to-left layouts that read naturally rather than a mirrored English page.
Web apps and client portals.
When a brochure site isn't enough, such as a booking flow, a customer login or a quote calculator, we build it as a proper application.
Custom website development.
For businesses whose site has to do something specific: a property listing search, a product configurator, a members' area. Built around the job rather than squeezed into a template.
CMS websites your team can run.
Sites built on a content management system, so your marketing team can publish pages, blog posts and offers without waiting on a developer, while the SEO structure stays intact.
Ecommerce website development.
Online stores built on Shopify, Wix or Zoho Commerce, with stock, orders and invoices connected to Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books, so the shop and the accounts always agree. For UAE sellers who also sell on Amazon.ae or noon, everything can run from the same stock count. More on Zoho Inventory.
Industry websites.
We know some sectors well from years of building their systems: real estate developers and brokers, distributors, and training providers. Our own training division's learning platform, Linz Training Academy, is one of our builds.
Website redesign and migration.
Moving from an old site without losing what it has already earned in Google. Every old URL is mapped and redirected, content worth keeping is carried over, and rankings are monitored after the switch. When we rebuilt our own site we redirected more than 300 old URLs this way.
Al-assisted development.
We build Al-generated websites using tools such as Lovable, Claude, ChatGPT and Google Antigravity, picking whichever suits the job. They get a working version in front of you in days rather than weeks. Our developers still design the structure, review every line of code and handle SEO, security and integrations, which is where sites built by Al alone usually fall short.
This is the part most web design agencies skip, and it's the part we know best.
When someone fills in a form, starts a chat or taps WhatsApp on your site, a lead record is created in your CRM straight away. It carries the page they were on, how they found you (Google, an Al answer, an ad, a referral) and the campaign behind it. The right salesperson is assigned and reminded to follow up. Nothing waits in an inbox.

We connect most often to Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin, with Zoho SalesIQ for live chat, because those are the systems we've implemented for 13 years. If you use another CRM, we'll connect to that instead.
The payoff comes a few months in, when you can open a report and see which pages and searches produced enquiries that turned into paying customers, and which only produced traffic.
Set up for your country's tax rules
We implement Zoho Inventory for businesses worldwide, and the tax setup is where a generic install usually goes wrong. A few examples of what that means in practice:

Understand your business.
What you sell, who buys it, what they ask before they buy, and what usually stops them.
We talk to the people who handle enquiries, not just the owner, because they hear the real questions every day.
Understand your brand.
VAT-ready invoices, Arabic where customers need it, native Amazon.ae and noon connections, and documents ready for the UAE's e-invoicing requirements as they roll out.
Study your competitors.
We look at the sites ranking for your most valuable searches and the businesses
Al tools currently recommend in your field: how they're structured, what they say, what they leave out and where they're weak. That's where your site can win.
Recommend a website blueprint.
A written plan for your approval: every page, what it's for, the searches and questions it targets, the sections on it, and how visitors move from first visit to enquiry. Nothing gets designed until we agree on this.
Design.
The homepage and one inner page first, in your brand colours, so you react to something real. Once those are right, the rest follows the same system.
Write the content.
Clear, human copy written with you, built around the blueprint’s questions and searches. Your photos, client names and numbers make it stronger than anything we could invent.
Build, connect and optimise.
Pages built to Google's guidelines, structured data added, forms, chat and WhatsApp wired into your CRM, and everything tested on real phones.
Launch and hand over.
Redirects from any old site, Search Console, Bing, analytics and Business Profile set up, your team trained, and a check that every enquiry lands where it should.

How long it takes
Most websites take between 1 and 6 weeks, depending on how many pages you need and how complex they are.
A focused landing page or small business site can be ready in about a week. A larger site with several languages, an online store or custom features takes up to six. You'll get a fixed timeline and price in writing with the blueprint, before design starts.
Website design and development in Dubai, from our office in Al Barsha
Our Dubai team works from Al Barsha Business Centre, so UAE clients can sit down with the people building their site rather than briefing a call centre overseas.

Websites for the UAE have their own requirements, and we plan for them from the start:

English and Arabic
on the same site, with Arabic written for the market rather than run through a translation tool.

WhatsApp first / Gallabox copy.
on the same site, with Arabic written for the market rather than run through a translation tool.

Calls tracked too.
For businesses that sell by phone, we connect cloud calling through Ziwo, so calls from the website are logged against the lead.

Local search.
Your Google Business Profile, map listing and reviews tied into the site, which matters for "near me" and Dubai-specific searches.

Built for how people browse here:
on phones, often on the move, so speed and a tap-to-contact button on every page come before decorative extras.
If you already work with us on Zoho, your website can be planned around the CRM setup you already have.
Our Chennai team builds websites for Indian businesses with the same lead-first approach: mobile-first pages, WhatsApp and call buttons wired into the CRM, and local search set up for the cities you sell in. For businesses already on Zoho, the site connects straight into the Zoho apps you already pay for.

Working with clients worldwide
We also build websites for businesses in the UK, Europe, the US and the wider Gulf. With teams in Dubai and Chennai, our working hours overlap with most of the world, and every project runs the same way remotely: video workshops, a shared blueprint, and a private preview link you can check at any time.

Recent work

linztechnologies.com. Our own site, rebuilt on Wix Studio in 2026 with more than 300 old URLs redirected so nothing was lost. Our technical health score in Ahrefs went from 71 to 95, and on phones the main image now starts loading in about a tenth of a second instead of over two.
Linz Farms. A website for our moringa farming and export brand, designed in Figma and built on Wix Studio so the team can update products and prices themselves.

Next Steps Therapy Center. An Al-developed website for a therapy centre.

After launch you can manage the site yourself, or move onto a monthly care plan that covers updates, backups and speed checks. The other running costs are small and paid directly to the providers in your name: the platform subscription (for example Wix or Shopify), your domain, and business email. You own the domain, the content and the site itself; nothing is held back by us.

If you're already a Zoho client of ours, ask about the combined website and CRM package. Half the connection work is already done.
Questions about working with us on a website
Between 1 and 6 weeks for most projects. A small site can be live in about a week; a multilingual, ecommerce or custom site takes up to six. You get a fixed timeline in writing with the website blueprint.
It means the site is planned and built so search engines can find, understand and rank it from day one: pages mapped to real searches, fast loading on phones, clean structure, structured data and content that answers customers’ questions. It’s far cheaper than fixing SEO after a site has launched.
It depends on the number of pages and languages, how much writing we do, and the integrations needed. We quote a fixed price once the blueprint is agreed, and you’ll know the full cost before design starts.
Yes, on Shopify, Wix or Zoho Commerce, connected to Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books so stock, orders and accounts stay in sync.
Yes. We build on platforms your team can edit without a developer, and we train whoever will look after the site before handover.
We can write all of it, some of it, or edit what you have. The best results come from a mix: our structure and writing, your photos, client names and numbers.
It will launch with everything search engines need to understand it, and it will be fast on phones. Ranking for competitive searches also takes good content and other sites mentioning you, which builds over months. Our SEO service covers that if you want it.
Yes. We build English and Arabic sites with proper right-to-left layouts, from our Dubai office.
No. We connect websites to whatever CRM you use. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll suggest one that fits, and Zoho is often a good starting point for small and mid-sized businesses.
We’ll look at what’s working before replacing anything. Sometimes a redesign isn’t needed at all, and fixing speed, forms and tracking on the existing site gets you most of the way.
No one can guarantee that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we can do is build the site the way AI tools prefer to find and quote: clear answers to real questions, consistent business details everywhere, and pages indexed in both Google and Bing. Our GEO and AEO service measures and grows that visibility after launch.
For a simple page, often yes. Where AI-built sites usually struggle is the planning: which pages to have, which searches to target, how to connect enquiries to a CRM, and how to keep the site fast and secure. We use AI tools ourselves to work faster, with experienced people making those decisions.
Design is how the site looks and feels; development is how it’s built and how it works, including speed, structure, SEO and integrations. We do both, and the blueprint makes sure they serve the same goal.
Yes, if it’s built to bring in business. AI tools can produce pages quickly, but a website still needs a plan, a clear structure, real proof and a connection to the people who follow up. That’s what turns visitors into customers, and it’s what a template or a chatbot can’t decide for you.
More than ever, but it has changed. AI answers draw on pages that already rank and on businesses mentioned across the web, so a well-built, well-optimised site is now the starting point for appearing in both Google and AI tools.
Any modern platform, including Wix, Shopify and Zoho Sites, can rank well. What matters far more is the structure, speed and content of the site. We choose the platform for how your team will run the site day to day, then build the SEO in properly.
You do. The domain, content, images and site are registered in your name, and you can move them to another provider at any time.
