What's different about running Zoho in India
GST
GST-compliant invoicing, automatic
CGST/SGST/IGST calculation, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B preparation, and GSTR-2B reconciliation. The software handles it; getting the setup sequenced correctly is where a partner earns the fee.
E-invoicing and e-way bills
Pushed to the IRP for IRN generation, e-way bills through the NIC portal for goods above

Migration from Tally

We have fixed pricing for a standard implementation of each Zoho product, so you know the number before you commit.
We discount those implementation fees, and we'll tell you what that looks like for your scope.

Most clients move onto a retainer after go-live. Some hand the whole thing over, and we run their Zoho applications as a managed service.

We have an office in Mogappair West with a local team. You're welcome to visit, and we come to you for discovery and go-live.
Not the price. Zoho sets that, and it's identical either way. The difference is who's on the other end of the phone: a named local consultant for edition selection, configuration, escalation and renewals, rather than a support queue.
Yes, across Tamil Nadu and the rest of India. The office is in Chennai and we travel.
We have fixed pricing for a standard implementation of each Zoho product, and we discount those fees. Licence cost and project cost are quoted separately. Anything beyond a standard setup is scoped and quoted before we start.
