We take college interns regularly. You work alongside our consultants on Zoho projects, learn the apps hands-on, and see how a real implementation runs. Strong interns are often the first people we think of when a trainee role opens.

We run campus hiring drives at colleges every year. If your college is in Tamil Nadu and you’d like us to recruit from your students, invite us and we’ll plan a drive with your placement cell.
Linz Training Academy trains both customers and students, and its sessions are taught by our working consultants, not full-time trainers. We’ll train a batch of your students on Zoho free of charge.

How do I apply for a job at Linz Technologies?

Where are the jobs based?
Most roles are at our delivery centres in Mogappair West and Nolambur, Chennai. We also hire for our Dubai office in Al Barsha. Each job page shows its exact location.
Do you hire freshers?
Yes. Several roles are open to freshers, and our training team helps new joiners learn Zoho from the ground up. Choose “Internship” or “General application” in the form if no listed role fits.
What is the starting salary for freshers?
For roles in India, freshers start at ₹2.4 lakh a year. The exact figure depends on the role and is confirmed in your offer letter.
What are the working hours?
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST. Weekends are off.
Do you offer internships?
Yes. We take college interns regularly. See the Zoho Internship posting in the roles above and apply there. Colleges can also ask Linz Training Academy to train a batch of students on Zoho free of charge, taught by our implementation consultants.
What benefits do employees get?
Every Linz Technologies employee gets health insurance. We also provide PF, ESI, gratuity and paid leave, in line with Indian government rules.
Do you do campus hiring?
Yes. We run campus hiring drives at several colleges every year. Placement officers at colleges in Tamil Nadu can invite us by emailing careers@linztechnologies.com with “Campus hiring” in the subject line.
Will I get Zoho training?
Yes. Linz Training Academy is part of Linz Technologies and trains both customers and students. New joiners learn Zoho from consultants who have delivered many live implementations, not from full-time trainers.
How long does hiring take?
It depends on the role, but we aim to tell you where you stand after every round rather than leave you waiting.
Will I hear back after applying?
Our HR team reviews every application and contacts candidates whose profile matches an open role. We keep other CVs on file for future openings.
Does Linz charge a fee for jobs or interviews?
