About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our team and act as the primary point of contact for our clients. You will make sure every new client has a smooth onboarding, keep strong client relationships, and help drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication.
Ensure successful product adoption and answer customers' initial queries.
Understand customer needs and provide timely solutions, or escalate to the technical team when required.
Maintain and track client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Collect feedback from customers to improve our products, services and processes.
Work closely with the sales and product teams to support customer requirements and identify upsell opportunities.

Required skills and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BE or related fields preferred).
0 to 1 year of experience in customer success, client servicing or support roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Positive attitude, team player and willingness to learn.
