Zoho Books was implemented and integrated with Zoho Creator to manage the company's finances efficiently, automating invoicing, expense tracking, and providing real-time financial insights.

Zoho Creator was used to develop a custom application for the shipping industry in order to manage the operations of Sales, cargo, vessel, vendor, documentation and finance.

This resulted in enhancing customer satisfaction as clients were able to get notifications in real-time and to track cargo from origin to destination, providing real-time updates to both the company and its clients.

The application helped them to manage vessel schedules, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources and timely deliveries.

Zoho Creator was used to create a centralized documentation management system, automating the creation and tracking of bills of lading, manifests, and customs documentation.

RESULTS:

By leveraging Zoho Creator to develop custom applications, GML successfully transformed their operations, overcoming the challenges of disconnected systems and manual processes.

The integrated solution not only improved internal efficiency but also positioned GML as an innovative and customer-centric player in the competitive shipping industry.
